There is a way to insert your company logo into a report, here's how:

- Within OnTime, go to "Reports>Manage Reports".

- Select the report you want to alter, and click the icon in the toolbar that's labeled "Make a copy of the selected report or shortcut". You'll notice a yellow copy of the selected report will appear below the original.

- Double-clicking the report copy will bring up the 'OnTime Report Designer' window, which will allow you to edit the structure of the report. Select the 'Picture' tool on the left-hand side and select a portion of the report to insert your image.

- In the bottom right-hand portion of the window you'll see a scrollable list of fields for the image. One of them is called 'Image', and by clicking on that field you can browse and find the image file you wish to insert.

- Depending on your logo's dimensions, you may have to play around with this a bit to make it fit properly. For instance, the field labeled 'Size Mode' can be set to 'Stretch' to fit a larger image in a smaller box.

- When you're finished, go to "File>Save" to save your work. Now you should be back at the "Manage Ontime Reports" window.

- One final step: Select your copy and click the icon labeled "Add Report Shortcut". Name your new report as you'd like to see it in the report menu, and click 'Save'.

- Your new report should then show up under "Reports>[item type]", except now your logo will be displayed on the PDF that's created.
