Recently we have noticed that when users are upgrading their
OnTime 2006 version 6.1.3.6493 to OnTime 2007 version 7.1.1.7329 the “Edit
Account” window generates the following exception error message.
Error:
There
is an error in XML document (2, 2). ---> System.InvalidOperationException:
<ArrayOfAnyType xmlns=''> was not expected.
Resolution:
We have determined that there two possible workarounds on
this issue in the application.
Workaround 1:
The first workaround would be to restore the OnTime database
from a previous backup file prior to the upgrade of OnTime and upgrade the
database to version 7.0.2.7191. Once the database is upgraded to version
7.0.2.7191 users will be able to upgrade the application to OnTime 2007 version
7.1.1.7329.

OnTime 2007 suite version 7.1.1.7329 direct download link:

Workaround 2:
After the upgrade to OnTime 2007 version 7.1.1.7329 using
the SQL Enterprise Manager or the SQL 2005 Management Studio, open the “MailAccounts”
table and delete the XML content from the “FieldTemplateXML” column which will
address the exception error message when selecting the “Edit Accounts” button.
NOTE: When removing the “FieldTemplateXML”
content from the “MailAccounts” table, the “New Item Settings” information for
each individual POP3 account will be deleted since it’s stored in the XML
content. Users will need to edit each individual email accounts that the OnTime
Email Service is checking and re-map their fields in the application with the
email account.
