Can only have one active window

    Can only have one active window

    Using OnTime Windows 7.0.2.7191. When I am editing an incident or defect and click on the related links tab I can double click on the related link to open the related item but only the newly opened window is active.  In other words, I can't go back and forth between the two open tickets and work on them simultaneously.  Is that something in the configuration we can change?
