If you are having issues getting the external authentication/integrated customer portal to work, it may be because of a security permissions issue in the current version of OnTime (7.1.2). Attached to this post is an updated version of the Customer Portal .dll that may resolve this specific issue. Unzip the attached file, and replace your existing Axosoft.CustomerPortal.dll with the one included.
