For the benefit of our readers, it should be pointed out
that you signed up for the Axosoft Community profile today, seemingly just to
add this comment to a 6-month old thread.
But, I’d like to respond anyway…
The OnTime application is not supposed to take 50 seconds
in order for the page to load. If you are currently experiencing this issue in
the application then you need to contact us immediately at our support
department. Our support department is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am
to 6:00 pm MST time. Our direct telephone number is 480-362-1900 option 3 for
support and our email address is Support@axosoft.com.
You may also submit an incident to our
support department about your problem that you are experiencing in the
application by going to our community site in the Request Support section.
