I just downloaded and installed the OnTime 2008 Beta. There are a lot of great new features but the worklogs are just about the same as in OnTime 2007.
I might have overlooked / misunderstood something, but is there a way to:
- Bind a worklog item to a specific customer?
- Print a list of billable worklog items, grouped by customers? (I know it's possible to filter the worklogs by the "Portal Customer" but that's not good enough)
- Is there a way to export the worklog list to XML or some other format which could be used to import the worklog items into a billing system?
My other concern is:
- How will OnTime 2008 handle a LARGE number of customers, since the Customer pick list is just a regular ComboBox?
- Does OnTime 2008 provide any way to import / synchronize customers from external sources such as financial applications?
