That is correct. The reason that users are unable to authenticate to the web edition of OnTime is because the actual web server is not part of the domain that the users are on which means that the application doesn’t know where to authenticate the user. The only way to resolve this issue from my experience would be to add the web server to the domain that the users are authenticating with.
