We are having issues with the webservices timing out at times. Does anyone have any idea as to what is the time out setting to this service? and if it is possible to lengthen that time. We currently run the application in Australia the DB on one box and the web on another with the email server in Miami. At times one of the email accounts time out and then we need to manually check the account to kick it off. Is there some way we can automate this process as the time we have the issue is when we are asleep and the US is up and working.
