I followed the instructions in the <a href="http://community.axosoft.com/forums/thread/12448.aspx">FAQ</a>, however IIS simply responded as all websites with ASP.Net being 404.

It appears that you must also enable "ASP.Net v2.0.50727 (32-bit)" if it is Prohibited under the Web Service Extensions in IIS Manager.
