Bugshooting is a powerful screenshot tool which captures and sends screenshots to OnTime items. This free tool is very easy to setup and integrate with OnTime. You can download Bugshooting at http://www.bugshooting.com. Once installed you will need to install OnTime SDK. Do the following steps to complete the integration:

1) Edit Web.Config in SDK folder
2) Enter the appropriate connection string  information for database under <appsettings>
3) Enter GUID under <appsettings>. GUIDS can be generated through VS.NET Tools menu
4) Run BugShooting and go to settings > Server Tab > Add Server Type > Select OnTime > Enter appropriate information > Click OK > Click Save
5) Now Capture a screenshot > select the item type > select item # to attach to > enter description > Click Send to OnTime button
6) Run OnTime and notice the attachment to the item you selected from Bugshooting
