    If you are able to log in with another admin account try to reset the user's settings to defaults.

    To reset user settings to default:

    1. Log in with admin privileges
    2. Go to Tools => Manage => Users
    3. Highlight the user you wish to reset
    4. Click reset user's settings to defaults
