Manage Customers does not show added customers

    Manage Customers does not show added customers

    Hi,

    I've been trying to add customers and contacts, but after adding a customer the grid remains empty. If I add a customer and a contact in the same step, it is even more frustrating since it doesn't show any customer or contact but subsctracts a license from my total license count. The status bar of the "Manage customers" panel says: 0 customer(s), 0 contact(s), 4/25 contacts with license (I'm translating from spanish to english "on the fly" so that may not be the exact literals but I'm sure you'll get the point).

    If I go further and take a look at the database I realize that the "Customers" table is using negative customerId's! Could it be the problem? (it started from CustomerId -201, then -101, -100 and counting down....

    Can anyone give me intructions about how to solve this issue?
