Under Manage Workflows, for a given Step Action, I want to set the value of one field with another.

    Under Manage Workflows, for a given Step Action, I want to set the value of one field with another.

    I want to be able to set Actual Duration to Estimated Duration under certain workflows.  How can I do this?
