Workflow and Incidents
WE are trying to embrace the use of incidents, but right now, though I have created a basic workflow and marked it active, I cannot assign incidents to any steps in that workflow. Any ideas?

Have you assigned the workflow to a project? Edit the project (or All Projects if all of them will use the same workflow) and go to the Workflow Settings - Incidents section. There you can select 'Use selected workflow settings' and select the workflow you created. Now incidents can be placed in that workflow's steps.
