Here are the defect fixes and new features:

Defects:

1736    Toolbar buttons could no longer be hidden in windows.
1809    Web not allowing to group by custom fields.
1811    Escalation field unavailable for filters & triggers
1812    Adding a custom field to alerts does not retain field name after saving the alert.
1813    Relating an incident to another incident is not saving.
1815    Closing the application and re-opening it back up doesn’t save the filters settings.
1816    Certain OnTime 2007 upgrades the alerts tab is not displayed in the system settings section.
1818    Deleting a Base URL under Tools > Email Notifications crashes the application.
1819    An Exception is generated when attempting to view a file attachment from the main details window.
1825    Child pick lists are not saved when the list order getting out of sync. This causes the field to show up empty on edit.
1831    When not having all project access its preventing users to view and save attachments in web client.
1834    Performance problems in the OnTime 2007 Windows client version 7.0.0.7133.
