Users can't view Incident Emails from other users

We've just started working with Ontime 2007 Windows Edition, specifically for the incident management features.  We've got an issue where other users aren't able to view emails (under the emails tab) for incidents that i've added.  The incidents are being created automatically by the email service via emails sent to an inbox that is being monitored by Ontime.  The other user can see a list of all the emails and responses associated with an issue, but when they click on an individual email to read it, they receive an exception saying:

Grantor does not have GRANT permission

How do i fix this problem? This user is assigned to 1 role and that role has all the Incident options checked (enabled).

Please let me know what i need to do to fix this problem!

Can you please provide the version number of OnTime 2007 that you are currently running?

FYI, i was able to fix this issue by changing the user's permissions in the database to be dbowner.  Previously the users were set to DataReader, DataWriter. Any ideas why dbowner is necessary?

Re: Users can't view Incident Emails from other users

    Hi Mark.

The behavior you are seeing is due to a bug in 7.0 and 7.0.1 with how a couple of stored procedures are created. This will be fixed for 7.0.2. In the meantime, you can run the attached sql script in your OnTime database and it should resolve your issues, without having to modify any sql permissions.

    Thanks!
