I really would like Auto Refresh capabilities on both the Web and Windows client.  It should be configurable (every x minutes) and allow for bolding or some identifier of new items on the list since the last refresh. 

We are looking to switch from another help desk system to OnTime to incorporate the development tracking, and this is something we have come to expect from an Incident ticketing system. 

Shouldn't this be very trivial to implement?  I've seen requests going back almost a year.

I've been advised that you have this slated for release in the next few months.  In the mean time I developed a task tray app that uses ManagedSpy to automatically click the Refresh buttons on all of the tabs every 5 minutes so long as an HTML editor is not in use on that tab and there are no other popup-windows open like an Edit window.  This works very well and I'm happy to share the code.

 The only issue with this is on refresh the selected item in the list looses focus, clearing the contents of the edit pane.  If on refresh the selected items (not selected index, this could change) stayed selected, that would reeeeeeeeally help.  Right now it will just be an annoyance if you are reading a tab and it clears due to a refresh.

This was never added to the main window, but it is available on the User Dashboard.
