Picklists populated by Stored Procs

I just noticed today that i have the ability to populate a pick list using a stored proc. this is a great feature, however in my install this feature is disabled. How do i enable this feature?

There is an option to disable the feature in Tools -> System Options; turn that on and you should have access to create pick lists based on stored procedures.
