I am very new to Ontime.   We are currently running 7.0.1.7150.  I noticed that there is a new maintenance release.  It sounds like from previous posts that in the past, upgrading is not that simple.  Is this still the case?  I am having a hard time finding instructions.  Can someone please point me in the direction of some instructions.  Do you recommend that we upgrade for each maintenance release?

Debbie, it's never been the case that it's hard to upgrade.  It's very easy.  Just download the newest version and run the setup.  The next time you run OnTime, it'll upgrade your database.

There is some coordination between users needed for upgrades as everyone has to run the same version, but it's very easy to do the upgrade on an individual level.

For larger teams of say 25 or more users who have IT resources that want to automatically push updates to users, that too is possible.  David Higgens wrote a great blog post on how to automate this.
