    Concurrency issues with Admin settings on Windows client

    If I make a change to the Tools > Notification Email > Email Server using the Windows client, then another admin makes a change to something else on that page without closing and re-opening the client, they will overwrite my changes.

    We also noticed similar behaviour when we made some new Form Templates and assigned them to the Customer Portal for the project.  Another admin modified the project for another reason and it cleared our settings, allowing the customers to see the default template with all fields enabled.

     The data on these editors doesn't seem very large, it should probably pull that data down fresh on each edit.

    The scenario that you have brought up to our attention is definitely a problem in the OnTime client. I have submitted a feature change request to our development team to address this problem in our future releases of OnTime.
