    Customer Portal Permission Settings

    Hi Guys,

     I am trying to set cutomer portal for our customers. I manage to make it working, but I can't remove some of the columns that visible to the customer and also need to make some field read-only. I am using Hosted version of Ontime 2007. Any help will be appreciated.

    Using the OnTime 2007 web edition, you can go to Tools > Customer Portal > Manage Settings > General Settings > Defect, Feature, and Incident grid settings section to remove any columns from the list. When you do this, the filters for those specific fields will also be removed from the portal. To make certain fields visible and read-only in the OnTime Customer Portal, you will need to create a custom field template under Tools > Manage Field Templates and assign it to the project that the customer portal users are associated with.
