Using the OnTime 2007 web edition, you can go to Tools > Customer Portal > Manage Settings > General Settings > Defect, Feature, and Incident grid settings section to remove any columns from the list. When you do this, the filters for those specific fields will also be removed from the portal. To make certain fields visible and read-only in the OnTime Customer Portal, you will need to create a custom field template under Tools > Manage Field Templates and assign it to the project that the customer portal users are associated with.
