Hi Team,

At present we are evaluating ontime and we have installed ontime on a local server. Also we have a plan to migrate all data that we are entering during the evaluation period to the hosted edition that we are going to purchase at the end of evaluation. My management wanted to know whether this is possible.

At the same time, please be kind enough to inform me whether there are minimum limit of hosted licences that we have to purchase and whether you can give us a discount .

Also, please kind enough to let me know whether we can customize ontime interfaces

Once the database is built on your end, we will be more then happy to re-create your OnTime db on our hosted servers. The minimum license count that you can buy would be 3 user licenses for our hosted edition of OnTime. Currently we do not offer any discounts on our hosted database subscriptions. You would need to create a backup copy of your OnTime database and restore to the designated location. To backup and restore the OnTime SQL database, you may use the OnTime backup and restore tool which is located under the Tools button in the Manage Database window as well as a SQL Enterprise Manager.

To convert a hosted database to an installed, you need to contact sales.  After you purchase an OnTime installed version, sales can arrange for you to retrieve your hosted database.  Since this is currently a manual process, it's only done after the purchase of an installed version.
