According to the post at http://community.axosoft.com/forums/thread/7436.aspx, it is possible to automatically update the Actual Duration of a Defect with the total time from the Work Logs when the Workflow Step changes.  However, I would like this to happen everytime a user enters a Work Log and saves. 

In our case there may be multiple Work Logs entered while a Defect stays in the same Workflow Step.  In these cases, the Actual Duration is out of sync with the Work Logs until the Defect enters the next Workflow Step.

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?  If there is no way currently, I would like to request this as a future enhancement.

Currently, the only way to automatically update the actual duration field would to be to use the workflow step. I have submitted a feature enhancement request to for the OnTime application to be able to update the actual duration field by saving the item in general without having to use the workflow step.
