Have upgraded to OnTime2007 this morning.
The detail tab Alerts is not available for Defects and Features.

When to Tools > System Options > Detail Tab Settings > Defects
but 'Alerts' is not precent. This is the same for Features.

Is there any change that I could add all E-Mail accounts from 'users'
to Tools > Manage Email Accounts?
All people involved with ontime there E-Mail account should be monitored
by the Mail Services.

We have this problem too, please can you tell me the resolution if one has been found since your post in February

The following problem has been resolved in the 7.0.2 maintenance release of OnTime 2007. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of OnTime 2007 v7.0.2.7191. If you are not, upgrading to 7.0.2 will resolve this issue for you.

 I am running version 7.0.2.7191 according to Help, About.  If I click on Help, Check for Updates, it tells me I have the latest version.

 Yet I do not have the Alerts tab showing in Defects or Features.  I can send you a screenshot to prove it, but I can't figure out how to attach a screenshot to this email.

 What should I do to get the Alerts tab to appear?

In OnTime, you can go to; Tools > System Options > Details Tab Settings > section for defects and features which will allow you to check mark the Alerts tab to be displayed. This will make the Alerts tab appear in the defects and features section under the Details section.
