We have been evaluating OnTime over the past several days, we like a lot of the features but one thing seems to be holding us back.
There does not seem to be any available means to store any customer information other than name and email.
When we take support calls, we like to know more about the customer than just their name.
We offer varying support plans, people have different version of our software – we like to track who has upgraded and who hasn’t
Does anyone know of any ways to incorporate additional info ?
If we use the web client, can our own pages and code be linked into the main interface?
