Is there a way to allow the Developer security role to access other people's tasks?  I looked through all of the privileges and I can't see to find a privilege that would be relevant.

In order for other users such as developers to see other user’s tasks in the application, the actual task must be set to be publicly viewable by the end users of OnTime. Check marking the option called "Task is Public" in the edit item window of the task will allow other users to see the actual items under that Tasks tab.
