CP an FireFox. Receiving windows auth dialog

We are using CP inside Sharepoint. Before upgrading to 7.1.1 (it was 7.1.0) no one received the windows auth using FireFox. Now when someone hits the portal using FF they get the login prompt. You receive no prompt it you do directly to the server url. Sharepoint permissions you say? Well nothing changed on that end. I checked and Domain Users are still in the permissions on the site.

IE has problems accessing using teh FQDN. If you browse to it without using the full name its ok.

     Thanks,

    Tim

    *EDIT*

Anonymous only is enabled. Auth is off.

    Hello Tim,

Is it possible that the specific Customer Portal directory permissions changed when upgrading? Can you access the OnTime web client without the login prompt?

Also, could you send me your Customer Portal URL?

    Thank you,
