Greetings all,

I hope that this hasn't already been discussed, but I am trying to get a workflow that I have outlined available to the "Tasks" tab.  I have gone through the documentation and was able to create and define all the steps within the workflow I have created.  But I am unable to view those new steps with any task that has already been defined.  Is there a way to get this to happen?  Will the new workflow only be available to new "tasks"?   or is there another step necessary to get the steps to appear?

Your old Tasks should be able to use the new Workflow as long as the Workflow is assigned to the project they reside in.

Chances are that the old Task Workflow is still assigned to one or more of your projects. Identify a particular project in which the Tasks seem to only use your old Workflow, and edit that project. In the Project settings, you'll see a section labeled "Workflow Settings". Make sure that under the Task item type you have your new Workflow selected, and that the old one isn't being inherited from the parent Project.
