Customer Portal stuck on "Loading..."

    Customer Portal stuck on "Loading..."

    I have installed onTime2008 Customer Portal and have placed it below our main web site www...com/ontime2008portal.  The problem is that when I put in login details and press the Log In button all I get is a message saying "Loading...".

    I have also just downloaded and installed ontimev80rc3suite.zip, but with no change. 

    I have read all the other forum entires and can confirm that it is not a firewall issue as I am running the browser on our intranet and also on the web server as well (getting desperate).

    There is an error on the page (see attached screen grab).

    Also we are able to run ontime2008web via the same website with no issues.

    Do you have any ideas...

    Hello Chris,

    If OnTime 2008 Web is working on that same website without any issues, have you compared the properties of both? The first thing to do would be to match the IIS settings exactly. Are you the one who installed the OnTime Web, and also, was there any special file/directory permissions that needed to be changed during the installation of the OnTime Web?

    After installing the Customer Portal, have you since made sure to connect the OnTime Customer Portal Configuration Utility to your database successfully?
