I don't believe you should need another .DLL file for OnTime 2008, as I thought that issue was fixed in the new version. If you're able to sign on, but not see any data in the Customer Portal, that leads me to suspect that there may be another issue.
I realize you probably don't want to post it here in the forums, but could you send an email to support@axosoft.com with a your test Portal login so we can log in and take a firsthand look at the issue?
