    Scrum, Agile, and Client Services?

Hello, I am a colleague of HL Arledge and we both work for Kevin Delaney at Decade Software Company, LLC. I also would like to know how other companies, especially Technical Support and or Client Services departments may be using Scrum and Agile software development. We wittnesed and experienced the positive impact of Scrum in our Design and Development departments, and our company as a whole, so the Client Services has adopted the Scrum methodology for our software implementations and software upgrades. As you can imagine, we are undergoing some growing pains, but so far it has been a positive experience. If you are using Scrum in a Client Services environment, I would like to hear from you and learn from your experiences.

We are about to begin our first SCRUM implementation and would love to here any other companies experience. It seems like it will perfect for our small team but I'm sure we'll experience some bumps along the way...

Also here's a thing... It would be great if OnTime provided a widget/dashboard interface in which we could write our own plugins. This way we could develop our own burn down chart (using custom fields if necessary) and we could adopt the whole agile process in OnTime. Any thoughts?
