OnTime Hosted Account Versions and Upgrading
If you’re an OnTime Hosted customer, this FAQ was written to
help you understand how to locate and upgrade the version of your Hosted
Account. We also offer a video podcast that describes the Hosted Dashboard and can walk you through this upgrade process, but just in case you're unable to watch the video this document is for you.
First, login to the Axosoft Store (https://store.axosoft.com/).
Once logged in, click on your Account Name
listed under Hosted Accounts:
Once inside your OnTime Hosted Dashboard,
you’ll see the version information for your account listed right at the top:
You'll see your current Auto Upgrade option displayed right at the
top of the Hosted Dashboard. You can click the “edit” link to select a
different option for Auto-Upgrading:

Your current version appears just below your Auto Upgrade
information.
To manually upgrade your Hosted Account click the “Upgrade” link located
to the right of your version. A pop-up window will be displayed showing you all versions available for upgrade. To upgrade your Hosted Account, select the version you’d like to
upgrade to and click “OK”. Please note that this is a permanent change and cannot be undone.
If you’re on the latest version of OnTime, the “upgrade”
link will not be displayed.
