Guys, I love OnTime, and I'm really grateful for the SDK you provide, but please let us know when you make significant changes.
I'm referring to Defect 2920, which was fixed in 8.02. It broke my automated error reporting into our OnTime database because you changed the behavior of GetAllCustomers - which now returns different data than it used to and replaced it with GetAllCustomerContacts.
It makes more sense the way it is now, but the 8.02 announcement really didn't indicate this big of a change.
I don't know about everyone else, but I don't have time to go through each of the bug fixes listed for a release to see if changes like this are going to bite me in the future.
Can you get someone to document the releases a little better? Please?
Again, I love OnTime, but the documentation is a little light at times.
