Here are a few of the questions that have been coming up:

• What browsers are supported? 
  Both the PureChat Operator and User apps support Internet Explorer (Windows), FireFox (Windows & Mac) and Safari (Mac)
  
  
• Are there any monthly fees?
  No! As an installed application, PureChat is licensed on a one-time purchase basis.
  
  
• What about future upgrades?
  Customers who purchase PureChat get 30 days of free upgrades. After 30 days, depending on the size of the upgrade, upgrades will either be free (for bug fix releases) or discounted (for major releases).
  
  
• How is Support Provided?
  For now, Axosoft is providing support through this forum. Some questions can also be answered through the PureChat application itself when we are available to chat. Phone based support is currently not available for PureChat.
  
  
• Can I customize the look and feel of PureChat and put our own logo?
  Yes, absolutely! You can change the look and feel easily by modifying the stylesheet information in the CSS file and/or changing the images of the application.
  
  
• My Web Site is not ASP.NET, can I still use PureChat?
  Yes. All you need to do is setup PureChat as an ASP.NET application on any IIS web server, then from your own web site, use an iFrame HTML tag to include the chat link. In fact, Axosoft.com uses the iFrame method to display the "Chat with US" button at the top to ensure that multiple web sites and load-balanced servers (for redundancy) can  all still show the "Chat with US" Image.
  
  
• What is the default operator login ID and password?
  The default password is 0p3rch@T and can be modified from the purechat.config file. There is no preset login ID. You can choose your login ID each time you login. So you type whatever you like for the login. All operators use the same password. This eliminates the need for user management keeping things that much simpler.
