Is there anyway to make c# application to use Web component and automate operator logon ? (I want to add operators automaticly when users logs on to our back office application...)

I don't think there's anyway you could do this right now...out of curiousity I tried creating a windows app that hosted a browser control, and loaded the Operator Console in that browser. The problem is, when you log in it opens a new window, which will open in an actual instance of the browser, which will have a different sessionId than the one the control has. We could look into making some changes in a future version that would enable automation like this.

You have tested exactly what I have tested. Actually it looks like i need a way to be able to logon automaticly on both operator and customer console. if you can find a way to let login automaticly and still keep the session in the the same window it will be the real solution. However it will be good if we can get some kind of a SDK (Web Services) like you have on OnTime.
