Additional Fields in Customer Information for Incidents

    Additional Fields in Customer Information for Incidents

    Is there a way to display other fields in the Customer Information section when creating an Incident?  Specifically display Customer fields not Customer Contact Information?  Right now you can select the Customer Name, but after selecting I want to display some Customer Custom fields in the Customer Information section.  Is that possible?

    In the Contact Information section (shown when you click the 'i' button) it will display customer contact custom fields, but there is no way to show customer custom fields.

    I'm trying to verify a Customer custom field and I do not want to replicate the same field to the contact level.  But i guess there is no other choice. 

     Is there a way to change the columns when selecteing at customer contact when searching?  Right now it shows Company Name, First Name, Last Name and Email.

    No, currently there is no way to customize the columns on the search window.

    OK.

    Any thoughts of how to create a Custom Customer Field that gets displayed when submitting an incident?  Example, we have clients that have different support levels or agreement types.  We need a way for our support engineers to assist them but also need to know what type of agreement they have.

    Unfortunately the only customer field showing on the add incident window is the Company URL.  I've added a request in our system for the ability to display customer custom fields in the customer info section on the incident window.
