Hi.

I have a hosted instances of OnTime that is working very well.  But I need some reports that are not available in your standard list of reports.  I remember at a previous company using an earlier version of hosted OnTime, I was able to download the SQL backups on a nightly basis and build reports directly against that database.  At least that way it was up to the day prior.

Does the new OnTime 2008 provide any other way of creating custom reports that can be used in the hosted environment?  Or do I need to reimplement my download-and-report method I used previously?

Unfortunately there is still no way to create custom reports for the Hosted version (the reason being that the reports designer does not work through Remote Server).

We also no longer offer the direct download link for the backup file (we still do nightly backups, they're just not available directly).
