User License Question

    User License Question

    Hi,

    I noticed in the store that I can no longer select single client licenses. Only mixed mode licenses seem to be available. I was also looking to convert some of my existing single client users to mixed mode licenses, but this doesn't appear to be possible in the store.

    If single client licenses do not exist any more, should all my existing users be mixed mode?

    You can contact sales@axosoft.com for more information on this, but I believe we no longer sell single client licenses, so you would have to purchase mixed mode licenses.  Your current users can stay on single client, but if you want them on mixed mode you would have to upgrade them.
