I'm wondering if anyone has some ideas of the best way to provide incident update information to workers out of the office. Currently the workers get notified if an email or attachment is added but the text of the email only includes the original email. A link exists in the email but this doesn't work in Pocket Internet Explorer or other mobile browsers. I'm wondering how easy it would be to hook into Ontime to be able to send custom emails to employees with the contents of the new email. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
