    OnTime Web Client via Extranet

We are considering routing an external web address (i.e. - http://ontime.companysite.com) to our OnTime web server.

Does Axosoft recommend using the product in this fashion?

If so, are there any additional security concerns we should address prior to exposing the server?

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

That should work just fine, we actually use host headers for some of our hosted customers.  I'm assuming you will be setting up host headers and not some kind of redirection (through the firewall or IIS), as redirection won't work.

If you are concerned about security we recommend that you use SSL.
