    "Report a new defect" link doesn't work in Customer Portal

    Hello

     

    New user here, trialling OnTime 2008.

     

    Have got the customer portal installed ok, but after logging in when I click the "Report a new defect" icon, nothing happens at all.

     

    I'm sure it must be something simple like an IE setting?

     

    I'm using OnTime 2008 and IIE7 on Windows Server 2003.

    Hello Zav,

    Is your IE7 browser configured to block pop-ups?  If so, you'll want to allow pop-ups.

    You should also try in Firefox to see if the problem is isolated to just IE, or if it's a broader problem.
