Hi I have set up Purechat on my server, it works fine. I also want Purechat to be set up and working with Ontime, so that I can store the conversation as a defect', 'incident' and etc.  Here is what I have done:

1, Installed SDK (it works)

2. Configured SDK and Purechat (the only part I wasn't sure about is the security GUID).

3. Set up 2008 OnTIme Web.

But when I try to save the dialogue as a 'ontime incident' I get the following error:

 "Access to the path c:\program files\axosoft\ontime 2008\onTime SDK\userservices.asmx' is denied."

 I have made sure that this file is definitely accessible by typing in the URL, but I can't figure out what's wrong with it.

The security GUID is the one that gets set up when you set up your OnTime SDK...those 2 need to match. As for the other error, do you have anything on yoru event log on that server?
