Custom Fields don't print with version 8.1.3.7881

We just upgraded to the latest version from version 7.1. When I print either a defect or a feature the printout does not show any of my custom fields. This used to work in v7.1. Is there a way to enable this for this latest version?

I cannot reproduce this issue. Can you send me your database through http://www.transferbigfiles.com/ and send it to arasha@axosoft.com so I can replicate it.
