Hi Plaveb,
OnTime's export functionality is only built into the actual full clients so it's not available in the Customer Portal. If you want to develop an in-house solution to do this you certainly can since the OnTime database is open to customers with a local install. If you're a hosted customer you can develop something using the SDK to accomplish the same. Whichever way you go however, you will be using an in-house solution which OnTime doesn't provide support for.
