Communication between us and the customer is done through Comments of the defect. Email notifications are already set up to be sent to the customer when a new comment is added, but we are looking to also send out a daily summary of defects which comments were added. I was thinking the best way to do this would be to send out notifications based on a filter, however I can't seem to figure out a way to create a filter based on the comments. Can this be done? If is there a different suggestion in accomplishing what we are looking to do?
