Can the user who created a comment be included in the Email Notification?

    Can the user who created a comment be included in the Email Notification?
    Email notifications are currently being sent out when comments are added to defects, however the last modified by doesn't reflect the user who created the comment.  Is there a way to include who created the comment in these notifications?

    Hi Jennifer,

    There's no way to configure notification specifically for what you're looking for right now. I encourage you to submit a Feature Request in our Customer Portal and ask our developers to consider this enhancement for future versions of OnTime. Here's the link:
