Is there a way (or a plan for a way) to view all items related to a given customer / project, etc.

In other words I am looking for a single view of all Defects / Features / Tasks / Incidents for a given Customer or Contact.

Is this possible? 

Hi Jim,

We do not have a single view of all item types in the planning board.  If the single view is your desired option then using one item type tab and then creating a picklist that defines Defects / Feature / Tasks / Incidents within each item would provide the functionality your are looking for. 

You can submit a feature request for this option in the planning board on our portal site.

Actually I wasn't thinking in terms of the Planning Board, but just the regular windows interface. I will however look into your suggestion.

    It seem you may be able to find what you're looking for using the User Dashboard.  It's one of the places in OnTime where you can view Defects/Features/Tasks/Incidents all in one place.  

     You can then either group by project or by customer contact name.  There is a quick filter to select different projects to look at but if you would like to filter based on customers you could use different filters in the main interface (or use searches) to get the information you'd like to display for each item, then toggle to use current OnTime filters (second to last button on the right in the top line).
