Hi Jim,
It seem you may be able to find what you're looking for using the User Dashboard. It's one of the places in OnTime where you can view Defects/Features/Tasks/Incidents all in one place.
You can then either group by project or by customer contact name. There is a quick filter to select different projects to look at but if you would like to filter based on customers you could use different filters in the main interface (or use searches) to get the information you'd like to display for each item, then toggle to use current OnTime filters (second to last button on the right in the top line).
