I made a new custom report, my problem is I want to display the data accordingly to the project that I select. I can see Use filter SQL but I don't know how to filter by current project ? the automaticaaly filter... is disabled.

It sounds like you created your report in "other reports" section. It seem that you want to build a report that takes the current selected project and filters and applies them when you run the report. If this is the case you would want to create the report under "Project Summary Reports" and you will have the ability to automatically filter based on settings in OnTime.
