Hi,

We have a customer using Web Client to access his projects. Based on the security role, he has access only to a limited number of projects.

We would like to include him also in the release/sprint planning process. It seems it is not possible to limit the release tree anyhow. Always all releases are visible. Although the items from protected projects are not visible, still the whole release tree can not be exposed to the customer (there might be releases for different products for different customers in the tree).

 We are using 9.0 version, is this maybe improved in any of the later versions?

Hi Andrej-

     You can grant access to the Releases tab but not to restrict the tree to particular releases.  You can still give some information about releases to your customers using the project tab.  Here they can view the current release, group by the release schedule, or even change the scheduled release for the item.

I encourage you to submit a Feature Request in our Customer Portal and ask our developers to consider this enhancement for future versions of OnTime. Here's the link:
