    The Detail popup freezes

    Hi All,

    If some can help me with this would be appreciated.

    For some reason when I double click on a deafect or feature for details, OnTime freezes for some reason. Upto today I use to get a popup windows and I could go through the details. My application freezes and I have to go to task manager and kill the appilcation. 

    I've tried everything, re-starting the computer, check my databse connection, re-starting the application.

    When trying to open a new or existing item within the OnTime window client, be sure that you do not have any other additional windows open which will make the application look like it’s frozen. If that’s not the case, then take a look at the local Event Viewer for any warnings or errors generated by the OnTime application.
